Todays word: Glisten
Today's inspiration:
She knew ladies were only meant to glow,
but Hilda had broken out into a cold glisten as
Mike the Moped Maniac sped towards her

Hilda's pet rattlesnake was as good as gold as she
carried him around in a shopping bag.
The bag snatcher was in for a bit of shock though.

LOL Both are awesome. The first was my fave, with Mike the Moped Maniac, until I read the second. Too funny!
ReplyDeleteHilda as the villain. I like it!
ReplyDeleteI *love* the second one! Take that, you bad bag snatcher. ; )
ReplyDeleteI love the second one Dominic, it really did make me laugh out loud! :)
ReplyDeleteThat second one is a real hoot, Dom. I can just imagine the snatcher's face when he opens the bag! What fun!

I laughed out loud at your first take, and then your funny second-thanks, I needed this!
ReplyDeleteThese are both great, Dominic! I did my post on purse snatching too, but I like your feisty granny better...:)
ReplyDeleteBravo! I loved them both, but the bag snatcher really made my day. That's justice!
ReplyDeleteHello Dominic, I gave you an award on my blog if you choose to accept it.
