Each Sunday night Susan at Stony River posts a Microfiction story and the picture that inspired it, and invites readers to contribute their own microstories. A microstory is tweet-long - so a maximum of 140 characters including spaces and punctuation; and therein lies the challenge!
Today's picture is (not surprisingly) hallowe'en inspired.
Every Hallowe'en in Pandemonium, demons compete for the title of "Scariest Mask of the Year". This year's winner, complete with familiar.

ReplyDeleteDominic, thanks so much for your advice concerning my husband's job hunt. I will share your ideas with my husband. I think the coding route may be a good one to pursue. This is his second lay off in a 4 year period. We're feeling a little battle weary now that we're passing the 6 month point of unemployment since the last layoff. It's amazing to see how often he is overlooked due to his age (never overtly said, but implied by the interviewer. He's only 41!! Anyway, thanks so much and I look forward to connecting with you regularly through our blogs. Enjoy your day! -- Kelly
ReplyDeleteHer face does look like a mask--a little too sweet and sugary. Very creative, unique post for this picture!
