Happy New Year

The London fireworks were spectacular as usual last night, but I have yet to see a photograph that does them justice. I thought I'd try a YouTube link instead!

So Wri1Sub1 kicks off today and I have got off to a flying start with a submission to the Readers Digest Short Story Competition. I am under no illusions about how hard it will be to keep up with the submission schedule as time goes on.

Finally a big THANK YOU to you my followers for coming along for the ride. I hope we will be able to enjoy 2011 together.

I hope that 2011 exceeds every expectation for each and every one of you;

may your goals be met
and your fears be needless,
your friends be true
and your days content.

  1. Well done for your short story entry.
    I did a 150 word flash fiction story today(as a practise piece), but for a magazine whose deadline was 12th Nov, so now I'm wondering should I make it longer and submit it elsewhere or file it for later!
    Thanks for the lovely New Year sentiments. You too. :O)
