The Now Showing blogfest, hosted by the wonderful Madeleine at Scribble and Edit asks us to write a short piece "showing" a "telling" phrase.

I have chosen HE CRIED

His eyes pricked and like a dam-burst, nothing in the world could stop the overflow of anguish from his broken heart.

That's it!

Now I'm going to get on with Chapter 2 of the Trial of the Forester!
